North by Northwest Austin Bar

The bar at North by Northwest Austin Restaurant and Brewery is a great place to meet friends for some fantastic craft brewed beers or enjoy a fully stocked wine and liquor selection featuring excellent single malt scotches, high end tequilas and premium vodkas. Sit at the bar and get the feel of being part of the brewery with the 20 barrel (that’s 40 kegs) serving tanks visible right behind your favorite NXNW bartender or enjoy the cozy comfort of our lounge or the lively atmosphere of our booth room with plush high backed booths leading into our main dining area.

Our outdoor deck features live music on Thursday and Friday evenings and the kitchen is open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

Six beers are always available on tap, including the light and refreshing Northern Light, our soft and creamy Duckasbish Amber, the traditional Germanic Tu’ Hellen Bock, our dark full flavored Okanogan Black Ale, the ever hoppular Py Jingo Pale Ale and an always excellent rotating Seasonal brew.

Northern Light Crisp, clean and cool. The light touch of Cascade hops is the perfect match for our seafood entrees.
Duckabish Amber Belgian malts give this beer its beautiful, deep amber color. It's soft creaminess is a perfect accompaniment to your favorite rotisserie specialties.
Py Jingo Pale Ale Brewed in the style of the great ales of the Pacific Northwest, this complex combination of malts and Kent Golding hops is delicious on its own or with any selection from salad to steak.
Okanogan Black Ale This rich, malty dark ale is reminiscent of the smooth ales produced by the Weltenberg Brewery in Northwestern Germany.
Crooked Creek Black Cherry Ale A hint of fresh, Northwestern black cherries makes this light and refreshing beer a great choice with some our more casual foods and desserts

Directions: North by Northwest is located near the Arboretum shopping center in Northwest Austin.
From Loop 1 and IH-35: Take US 183 North to Capital of Texas Highway. Turn right on Capital of Texas Highway and We'll be ahead on your left just past Stonelake Blvd.
